Boise Developer Mark Rivers who built the $60 million BoDo development, won the bid for Downtown Project. The six-block project bordered by 9th street on the west and Capitol Boulevard on the east, extending south from Myrtle to the Boise River, will feature a mix of residential, retail and office space. We are really excited about this project as it is going to revive this area of town. Check back with us for more information!
